After attending an event this weekend, that really stuck with me. We visited a business we had purchased from back when they were smaller. Itโ€™s been great to see them grow, but the change Iโ€™ve noticed in the ownerโ€™s attitude has been disappointingโ€”and this experience was enough for me to decide I wonโ€™t be doing business with them again.

Whether youโ€™re a business owner or a creator, your interactions leave an impression. People remember how you make them feel, and that can determine whether they keep supporting you.


Just putting that thought out into the universe: success should never be a reason to stop treating people with kindness and respect.
