New schedule starts today with everyone.

Thank you everyone who worked with me to get my hours back to a manageable time frame. My family is beyond thankful.

- Have lots of new goodies in the gym and my staycation was wonderful 💪 Can't wait to get back to the daily grind with you all 🙌

She came to me with a goal of hitting 155lbs, and today we’re celebrating at 137lbs! 💪

I always say, I can lead the horse to water, but I can’t make it drink. Well, she definitely drank that water and then some! 🥳

She’s put in the work and deserves all the love and recognition! ♥️

Also want to touch base with my waiting list. Current clients have first dibs on opening time slots. From there I will go through and start contacting those who have been waiting to get in.
