Some of this land is part of the old Hull Plantation and has been in our family since 1851. The duck hunting on this property is legendary. This is where my father, Clyde Graham, honed his duck calling and marksmanship skills. In 1948, at the City Auditorium in Clarksdale, he won the first Mississippi State Duck Calling Championship which was judged by sports writer Nash Buckingham and the greates
t marksman ever, Herb Parsons. Earlier in the day he also won the S***t Shooting event by hitting 200 straight. Herb Parsons demonstrated his amazing shooting skills following the s***t competition. Coahoma Duck Hunts now offers you the opportunity to experience the same excitement these and other notable sportsmen have enjoyed on this property. Deer hunting is also excellent and available for MEMBER CHILDREN OR GRANDCHILDREN ONLY (Age 15 and under). It is a great place to train your son or daughter in a safe and comfortable environment. Trail ride in the summer, hunt dove and squirrel in the fall, then duck and deer in the winter. I know from personal experience that you will make memories here that your children and grandchildren will never forget.. Access could not be easier. Just 2 miles west of Highway 61 on the Coahoma-Rich Road. Pull off the pavement into our parking area and most of the time you can drive your ATV or UTV within 100 yards of your blind. Property manager, Walter Randolph, lives on site and is available to assist you, but he is not a guide or personal assistant. Each member is required to meet with Walter prior to hunting and present a valid hunting license and/or hunter education certification. All members must check-in and check-out through the Coahoma-Rich Road entrance and record all game harvested. Walter is available to clean your deer, for a fee. Arrangements should be made with him before hunting and fees should be paid directly to him. Walter DOES NOT clean ducks or doves, but can probably find someone locally who will. We want Coahoma Duck Hunts to be a family friendly, fun experience. Obey all State and Federal Gaming Laws, as well as, club rules. Report any illegal activities or unsafe behavior to Walter immediately and HE will contact the proper authorities.
