To our valued Aspire Fitness Membership:
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and patience as we, like the rest of the world, attempt to navigate our way through this new age of Covid-19. As you may know, New York State has recently begun to allow Fitness Centers and Gyms to re-open, provided they meet the extensive list of state-mandated guidelines, restrictions and new health and safety practices. While we have every intention to reopen our doors, we will not be reopening at this time. We have made this difficult decision with the safety and wellbeing of our membership, as well as our team, at the forefront of our thought process.
As a privately owned, local small business, we understand this difficult decision affects every one of you. Rest assured we will be reopening our doors as soon as we know we can provide the same safe, relaxed environment, personal attention and access to the top fitness equipment in the region that you have grown accustomed to at Aspire Fitness.
Regarding your memberships, please know we will continue to honor the original promise made when this difficult period began last spring. Since our closing we have frozen the time of your pre-paid membership period and we will continue to do so as long as we remain closed. However, if you wish to stop your membership at this time, we will fully refund the unused portion of your prepaid membership. Requests for refunds should be made in writing to [email protected] or by calling 716-355-5014.
