Copperwood offers year round western riding lessons to ages 7 yrs old and up along with week long camps throughout the summer months. Our grounds feature two lit arenas, a round pen, a track, cement wash racks, a covered area for relaxing, and roomy outdoor pens for your horse to live in. If you have any questions please call!

I am looking for someone to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon. There would be some Ranch work( driving a tractor, being able to repair PVC pipe, replacing panels … Things like that ) and feeding in the evenings at CopperwoodTraining Stables.
Please reach out to me if you’re interested..this job would start in July.

July 14-17 Changing to MIXED ( was Advanced) $400


July 21-23 Mixed $400
( room for 2 more campers, mixed meaning I can take siblings where one is new and 1 has ridden in the past)

With a heavy heart we had to say goodbye to this guy today. Smoke♥️ He was with us for 20 yrs.. He laid down today and decided he was done .. 31 yrs old.. He has lived the retired life about 5 yrs.. just kickin it with his best friend Skippy.. he had a wonderful life.. he gave us sooo many great rides, taught us so much about loving horses. I hope you are galloping across the endless pasture running to meet the horses that have left before you.. we will never forget you..
