This is a day I won’t forget anytime soon! Thank you Henry Barrera for the amazing visit to the iconic University of Alabama. Very proud to be involved with . Congratulations for reaching the final of the W100 in Figueira da Foz (Portugal), Carole achieved the best result of her career, ranking her 165th in the WTA! She didn't lose a set until Sunday final with stats of 70% first serves and 70% of first serve points won!!! She has also cut her double fault rate by %80 since we started this project with her ranked 203. Congrats coach for a job well done! Happy for you both, keep going!

Check out our new article about why the traditional “core” concept and exercises should be reconsidered in the December Issue of Sports Injury Bulletin.

In short, this is why we don’t agree with the “Core” concept:
▪️Traditional core exercises aim to pre-brace the spine - these exercises are static in nature and disengage the Spinal engine.

◼️Low back pain is usually caused by pressure on the vertebral structure, nerve, or disc. “Bracing” of the spine increases intra-abdominal pressure adding more pressure to these structures. Does rehab doing “core” exercises make sense?

Humans have spines surrounded by muscles that control movement and body posture and can generate forces that stiffen the spine. The tension that the limbs create by moving away from the body creates tension (stability) in the proximal part of the body.

I built this machine and this machine has rebuilt me. It’s given back soo much more in all ways: physically, mentally and spiritually💪

It builds strength, athleticism and the physique. Its calming for the mind and provides that much needed daily dopamine to elevate frequency. The work, the burning of muscles while they fire off is meditative while being present with the feeling. 🤙

This isn’t a workout. This is air too me💯
