It's Competition time again!
Coach Gabe is celebrating his 10 year Ninja-versary with another comp!
Come watch the amazing Ninja Warrior action and be a part of a fun event!
If you want to participate, you can sign up online through our Mind-body site or you can do it in person with Coach Gabe.
*1pm start time
*Age groups:
6-8
9-11
12-16
17+
*Prizes for Top 3 in each age group
*$50 per competitor or
$65 per competitor (special edition Rise shirt included)
*$5 spectators
$20 Rise shirt for non competitors

Hello everyone,
A quick Bootcamp update for you all.
For the month of March, our schedule will be:

*Mondays - 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 4pm & 5pm
*Tuesdays - 8:30am & 4pm
*Wednesdays - 5am, 6am, 8:30am & 4pm
*Thursdays - 8:30am

No Friday classes.
Saturday classes will be TBD and announced a head of time.

I still am looking for a trainer or 2 to help fill in some class times. But I will keep you guys posted on any more changes. Can you guys help spread the word on this new update to others that might not see this. I don't have every active bootcamp members contact info. If you are still an active member can you please send me a message so I can make an update contact list. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding in this tough time. I am working diligently to get all the original classes covered and adding more for your convenience.

Tragedy has struck us from within....

Someone stole thousands of dollars from us recently. This money was going to help us move and start fresh under our new Rise Fitness name, but now we are at a loss for words.... here is a GoFundMe for the time being, until we can get our money back and get justice.
