Kenny Wheeler is a perfect example of that stability in action.
With decades of experience guiding divers, instructors, and full‑scale operations, he brings a depth of understanding that only comes from years spent on the front lines of the dive industry. His time running busy dive shops taught him how to lead teams, support customers, and build programs that stand the test of time — lessons he carries into every role he takes on.
Now serving as SEI’s Director of Training, Kenny works alongside a collaborative team to update and elevate SEI’s educational materials. His leadership blends experience with innovation, honoring the roots of our agency while helping shape its future. He doesn’t just hold a position — he invests in it, grows with it, and strengthens the community around him.
