Join the Cloverdale Little League Board!
Make a Difference in Your Community—Help Shape Our League’s Future
Are you passionate about youth baseball and serving your community? Cloverdale Little League is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our Board of Directors! As a board member, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding the direction of our league, ensuring fun, safety, and opportunity for all our players.
Board Positions are as follows (* = one or more vacancies):
*President: Oversees all league operations, leads board meetings, and serves as the primary league representative.
*Vice President: Assists the President and helps manage league activities.
Secretary: Keeps meeting minutes and manages league records and communications.
Treasurer: Handles league finances, budgeting, and reporting.
*Player Agent: Advocates for the players and manages registration and team assignments.
*Coaching Coordinator: Recruits, supports, and trains coaches.
*Safety Officer: Ensures safety protocols are followed at all league events.
*Fundraising and Sponsorship Coordinators: Lead efforts to raise funds and build community partnerships.
*Field Maintenance Coordinator: Oversees the care and improvement of league facilities.
Information Officer: An administrative role in a local league, focused on managing the league’s online presence, communication, and information systems.
*Umpire Coordinators: Recruit, facilitate umpire clinics, maintain umpire scheduling and ensure the safety of the junior umpires.
*Snack Shack Coordinators: Staffing and Volunteer management, inventory and supplies management, menu planning and pricing, food safety and cleanliness
*Uniform Coordinator: This position ensures that all teams have the correct uniforms and related items on time and within budget.
As you can see there are over 10 vacancies for the 2027 baseball season. There is so much coordinatization that takes place even prior to the season beginning. The future of Cloverdale Little League begins with YOU!
