How will you spend your 2024 King Holiday tomorrow? In memory of MLKJ-we will be having a total body barbell workout at 8:15, and spin class at 9:30. A little strength, a little cardio, a lot of feel good endorphins…sounds good to me!

It’s arm day! High rep low weight? Heavy weight low rep? Such a debate..let’s do both! CIRCUIT TRAINING at 9:30 we have the “rep effect” with a lower weight and progressive overload with heavier weights for a dynamic upper body workout!
