Park Avenue Fitness Whether you’re training for a marathon, a sports team, an expedition, or just keeping in shape, our fitness center has all the equipment you need.

Our Fitness Center has weight machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and fitness classes. Our Fitness Center has weight machines to work every part of your body; treadmills, stairmasters, and bikes for cardiovascular; and freeweights to tone and build muscle mass. Our friendly staff is on hand to help and answer your questions. For personalized assistance, our Personal Trainers are available to help you design a custom workout plan.
