Milltown Milers The Milltown Miler's is a laid-back group of active adults in the Cloquet-Esko-Carlton area.

Our mission is simple: to provide a welcoming and social environment where adult athletes can exercise and enjoy each other's positive energy and good company! We a laid-back social running group with the intention of getting together community members interested in running and improving their health. Whether you are training for a better time in a marathon or attempting your first 5k this group i

s for you! We encourage all abilities to join our group for weekly runs on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm during the spring, summer and fall months.

This one is a favorite for many of our runners! Enjoy beautiful trail running with scenic views, rolling terrain, and multiple distance options so everyone can choose the route that fits their evening.

Whether you're looking for a shorter adventure or a few extra miles in the woods, there's a route for you.

🪑 Bring a chair and stick around after the run! We'll hang out, relax, and enjoy some time together on a hopefully beautiful June evening.

Join us Tuesday at 5:30 PM for the Trillium Run to the southern terminus of the Superior Hiking Trail!

📍 Trailhead: End of Wild Valley Rd, Wrenshall, MN🏃 Distance: Approximately 4 miles out-and-back

Not a fan of flowers? That's okay! Come enjoy a beautiful stretch of wooded trail, fresh air, great company, and one of the prettiest times of year to be on the trail.

Whether you're there for the trilliums or just the miles, we'd love to have you join us!

Spice up your Tuesday with a run and a little fiesta flair! Join us May 5th at the Esko Football Field for a fun evening on the roads.
When: 5:30 PM
Where: Esko Football Field
Route: East Harney Rd
Choose your distance:
3-mile loop
4-mile loop (worth it for the views 👀)
🐃 Rumor has it… the 4-mile loop might come with a bonus buffalo sighting at the nearby farm!
🎉 Wear your bright colors, bring the energy, and let’s celebrate Cinco de Mayo the Milltown way—on the run!
🌯 After the run, some may head over to Tequila Town for food and good company!
