Please help us congratulate Tabitha, our October Athlete of the Month!

(1) What brought you to Burn and when did you start? I heard about burn in 12/03/2022 from my friend, and she encouraged me and I joined on 12/07/22 (2), Favorite Protocol Day? and all the training is my favorite. (3) What do you love the most about Burn? I love the people, both coaches and the participants. Everyone respects each other’s feelings like a community. (4) What advice would you give to someone trying Burn for the first time? My advice doesn’t give you to keep going, (5) What is something that you can do now that you couldn’t do before? I’m very happy now i can jump higher ropes and run for more than 10 minutes, I was 285 pounds but guess what 240 pounds. Thank you, Burn 🔥
