We invite you to pause and re-set the mental and physical fatigue of the season by nourishing your spirit, mind and body, with our Winter Yin Immersion class. Join Stacie C. on December 8th, 2:30-3:45 PM at Walnut Creek YMCA for this special experience. We will focus on sustaining our energy as we lengthen our muscles and connective tissues - paying special attention to areas and yin pathways that may feel depleted in winter.
In keeping with the season, all proceeds from this class will benefit our Walnut Creek Annual Campaign so that others may share in our offerings and community
