AFC Providers Association of Genesee County The Adult Foster Care Providers of Genesee County, Inc. is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1976.

Our philosophy is to continually increase and update the standards and qualities of care for residents living in adult foster care/assisted living homes. We strive to promote independence and social integration for the elderly and handicapped populations. This is accomplished through continuing education, training and guidance for our members and staff by professionals and organizations in our com

munity. We provide information and referrals to assist with placements in a licensed care facility in our area. The information provided is a listing of licensed members, their location and the type of services they provide. Each provider of care listed is licensed by the State of Michigan, Department of Human Services, Adult Foster Care Licensing Division.
