I am able to take 2 new trainees for 1:1 sessions & 1-2 clients for health coaching.

Also, I now offer workout plans for you to do on your own at home or at the gym! This is a personalized plan JUST for you, specifically customized to you and YOUR goals. Fitness is not "one size fits all" to me and so it shouldn't be for you either!

We would like to congratulate our longtime member and friend Cheryl Osmun for representing ClioFitness at the Fondo 25k in Frankenmuth she has been training hard for this race and shaved off 5 minutes from last years pace. Nice work Cheryl!
