Tuesday I did leg day
Today I did some cross-training.
Yay, me!

I'm hitting walls with my fitness and weight-loss. To help manage the depression associated with not hitting my goals, I'm shaking things up a bit. Today, i took a stroll at lunch, rather than go to the gym. It was cool enough to entice me. Later this afternoon I'll do my strength training. I'm also going to take my measurements, just to see if maybe there's some change in there. Gotta refocus, track, and keep going...its so hard to do when I'm not seeing the results I saw a year ago, when I was doing less.
