Hammer Strength & Fitness The gym is open 8am-noon and 4-8pm. You can purchase a key and have access from 4am-10pm.

If you are a key holder and visit the gym between the hours of:

4-8 am
12-4 pm
8-9 pm

Hello gym family!! The city is closing the road in front of the gym for a celebration Saturday. We will be open, so you will have to park on a side street. Happy Fourth of July!!

Happy Monday gym family!
For most of you that join my Pumped Up class on Saturday mornings you already know that I have been dealing with some health issues but in case anyone has wanted to join in the last 2 weeks I thought I would just do a quick post. I’m finally starting to feel better & hoping to be back to teaching very soon!
I am really missing the gym & the people & can’t wait to be back at it so stay tuned!!

Hello gym fam!!
This Monday is the Murph!! Feel free to bring guests for free!! Anytime between 9-11:30 you can run it!! We will have a cookout with free food right after at 11:30.

The Vitamin Shoppe is coming down and setting up at 9:30 for a few hours to hand out free samples and answer any nutrition/vitamin questions. Please spread the word. See you Monday!!

HSF: We will once again be doing the Murph on Memorial Day ( May 25 ) from 9-11:30. We will have hamburgers and chips on us afterwards. Remember you can partner up and split reps, and/or modify it accordingly. An example would be if worried about pull-ups, we have an assisted pull up machine or you can do pull downs instead.
Even if you are not interested in the Murph, feel free to come by and get some food. Hope to see you there!!
