We haven’t updated on here in quite some time! Last night we got to teach a Tour Crew masterclass and we had such a blast! It has been since March that the two of us taught together in front of a class, and it has been way too long! Mary Rose moved up to Brigham City and is teaching at Physiques Finest and Sarah is teaching Pound at Iron House for Her in West Haven (and other classes at Vasa). We miss rocking out with you, but will keep this page open for when there are opportunities to make some noise with us together! 💚

Just over here reminiscing and looking over photos from my events at the last few years! I was supposed to be there again tomorrow, but the ‘rona’ (as we have nicknamed it at our house) has different plans for us this year. This is something I look forward to for months, and am so bummed but hoping it will be better than ever next year! But I will still be at in Brigham City tomorrow morning at 9:15 ready to party just as hard! Punch passes start at $20!
