💥Check-in starts at 7:30 am for the 8 am slot.
💥Childwatch will open at 7:30 am.
💥Please arrive early to get checked in, make a donation, sign the liability waiver (non-member), and warm up.

💥Each time slot will be given a different breast cancer wristband at check-in.
💥Demonstrations and rules will start at 7:50 am.

💥This can be done solo or with a partner.
💥Halloween costumes are allowed, or PINK for breast cancer awareness.
💥Check-in for the 10 am slot will start at 9:30 am; rules and demonstrations will start at 9:50 am; the 90-minute clock will start at 10 am.
