It's the weekend, so our focus is rest. Active Rest is a two-fold program. We want you to get active for at least 30 minutes each day, but we also want to you to enjoy periods of rest and make it a priority

Rest looks different for everyone. For me, I'm resting when I'm watching a great show, sitting on my deck listening to the blues, potting and repotting my house plants, sleeping in a hotel with no alarms on a weekend getaway, or admiring my flowers in the yard.

Recently, I attended a floral arrangement workshop with my friend and in support of a friend. That might not seem restful to you, but my body felt loved and at ease.

What is rest to you?

Could you find it in a perfectly curated floral arrangement workshop with a friend or two. If so, use this form to sign up for the October or December workshop.
