Youth Wrestling: Neutral and Top position development

Notes:

1. Evening classes are normal this week; no AM class on Monday.

In observance of Memorial Day, here is our schedule for the weekend:

Friday (today): Open Mat if there is enough interest. Please check the GroupMe app.

Saturday: We will only have Open Mat at 1:00 PM.

Monday: We will not have any regular classes. If anyone would like to get together for an Open Mat, please coordinate through the GroupMe app.

Please take a moment this weekend to remember and honor those who sacrificed their lives for the freedoms we enjoy.
