THE ULTIMATE RESTORATION.

I’ve been hot rodding since I was a teenager thanks to my Dad and have had my fair share of cool stuff. No doubt I am blessed and fortunate. The restoration of the TIGER II was the ultimate car restoration for me, however the ULTIMATE RESTORATION is the one that Jesus Christ has done on me personally. That is who He is….the ultimate restorer. He paid for it all and when you accept Him into your life, expect that restoration to follow. Just like that car you are restoring, it doesn’t look shiny and new overnight. I am definitely a work in progress, a “driver” if you will haha and just like a restoration of a car trying your patience, I have definitely tried His. I am so grateful for His love, patience and forgiveness. I want that peace and happiness for all of you too. Unlike car restorations, His restoration is absolutely free! He has already paid for everything! It’s a deal that you can’t afford to pass up.

Once again…..thank you to ALL of you that have followed this restoration of the TIGER II, it has been an amazing journey. So long and we will see you at the strip 😎

I am very happy to say that the TIGER II is heading to her permanent home at the Kuck Motorsports Museum in Lincoln Nebraska to be along side a car that was met in competition many times……the Mr Tomato Dodge! This is super exciting for us!! It’s very fitting for the TIGER II to be there and we couldn’t think of a better home for her. It’s like watching a piece of me go but me and my girls have had an INCREDIBLE journey with this and my life is better for it all. Thank you to all of the followers of this undertaking. It has been a pleasure!

TIGER Il pilot, Jim Adcock displaying the latest firesuit from Ansen for the NHRA National Dragster photographers in 1965.
Firesuits were not very common in FX and funny cars this early on but with the nitro and the elapsed times they were running it was definitely becoming a necessity.
