🇺🇸 DISCIPLINE. GRIT. NO QUIT.

They don’t wait for motivation. They show up and get the job done.

A group of Army soldiers hit Elevate today and put themselves through a full workout—then finished it off with the Bring Sally Up push-up challenge. 💀

When the muscles were already smoked, they kept going.

That kind of discipline deserves respect.

Thank you for choosing Elevate, and thank you for choosing to serve. 🇺🇸

STRONG BODY. STRONG MIND. STRONGER PURPOSE.

Big shout-out to our member Jeremiah Milligan for bringing the crew in and showing them what Elevate is all about!

Let’s give a HUGE congratulations to Emma on making Varsity Cross Country! 🏃‍♀️

Emma has pushed herself HARD this summer and has overcome some obstacles along the way to reach this goal. She’s put in the work, stayed determined, and it’s showing! 💪

Her PR has been improving with every race, and watching her progress has been incredible. What makes this achievement even better is knowing how much effort she’s put in when nobody was watching.

You may even spot Emma putting in the work on the treadmills, lifting, and recovery work at the gym with her dad and sister. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ That consistency and perseverance are paying off!

Next time you see her, give her a fist bump 👊 and congratulate her!

Emma, we are so proud of you! Keep showing up, keep pushing yourself, and keep chasing those goals. You’ve earned this! 🏆💚

First, I want to start by saying THANK YOU to every single one of our members. ❤️

Without you, Elevate Fitness wouldn’t exist, and I’m genuinely eternally grateful for each and every one of you who chooses to make this your gym. Whether you’ve been here since we opened in 2013 or you joined yesterday — you are appreciated.

But let’s jump right into it… RESPECT.

I’ve always given respect immediately. However, respect can be taken away just as quickly — and once it’s gone, it takes a long time to earn back.

Please respect the gym, the equipment, our staff, and the other people who are here to work out.

If you’ve been a member for years, I absolutely understand that this place can start to feel like your second home. That’s something I’m proud of. But please remember that it is still a shared space. We need to make sure we’re creating room for everyone to have a good experience.

A few reminders:

• Supersets/circuits: If you’re using several pieces of equipment, especially if you’re moving around the gym, please be mindful of other members. If someone wants to work in, let them. You do not own the equipment simply because you’re using it.

• Shoes: Please bring appropriate shoes for the gym. Your mowing shoes, muddy shoes, or whatever you wore outside do not belong on the gym floor. Help us keep the facility clean.

• Back storage room: Absolutely NO ONE is permitted in the back storage area unless you have been specifically authorized to be there.

• Equipment/items: Nothing is to be removed from the facility without permission. If you want to borrow or use something for an event, workout, or anything else, that’s not necessarily a problem — but I need to know about it and approve it beforehand.

Unauthorized removal of equipment or property will result in membership cancellation and you will not be permitted back in the facility. Theft will not be tolerated and a report will be filed.

That also includes allowing people into the gym without paying the appropriate guest fee or having a valid guest pass. That is theft of membership access.

I work extremely hard to provide a clean, safe, welcoming, and affordable place for people to work on themselves. I want Elevate to be a place where everyone — regardless of experience, age, size, or fitness level — feels comfortable walking through the door.

So please respect the space, the equipment, the people, and the staff.

And one last thing: rudeness, disrespect, or treating staff or other members poorly will not be tolerated.

We can absolutely have a gym where people feel comfortable, know each other, joke around, and feel at home — while still respecting boundaries and the fact that this is a shared space.

I appreciate you all more than you know. ❤️

Let’s keep Elevate a place we’re all proud to call our gym.

Growth doesn’t stop when school starts.

I’ve been working on a few things that I’ve kept quiet…

New knowledge.
New gear.
New ways to help you become stronger.

August is about getting back to YOU.

Stay tuned.

Gym Update 🐦💪

Apologies, everyone! It appears we’ve picked up a surprise new member! A bird somehow found its way into the gym. I guess it’s trying to get swole too!

I’m currently out of town and won’t be back until around 5:30 PM, but I’ll get it safely out of the gym as soon as I return.

Thanks for your patience, and hopefully our feathered friend doesn’t PR on the bench before I get there! 😂

Today, our local runner James Gordon is taking on Segment 180 of the Relay for America! 🇺🇸

The American flag began its journey in San Francisco 10 days ago and will arrive in Washington, D.C. on July 4th. Day and night, runners carry the flag across the country, passing it from one participant to the next in a continuous relay that celebrates our nation and the spirit of service.

If you have the chance, come out to watch a flag handoff, cheer on these incredible runners, and experience one of the many traditions that showcases the unity, determination, and pride of being an American. The segment will start sometime around 4:40p near mile marker 223. They will be running through Heyworth about 3p. I’ll update times in comments as the pace changes.

Safe travels to James and everyone carrying the flag on its journey. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

To follow the race: www.relayforamerica.org or select a segment for yourself.

3,000 miles. 3,000 veterans. One American flag. Arriving July 4, 2026.
