What a busy week of was for Dragons’ tennis! Monday, we fell short to a solid Heritage team. Wednesday was the perfect day for a boys and girls win over Gibbs 🎾 Lastly, Thursday our girls pulled out a close win against Oak Ridge 👏🏼

We’re back at Wednesday at Jaycee against Fulton and Thursday vs Alcoa at Springbrook park! Only a few more weeks until we head into district tournament.

Our very own Josie Moody signed with Carson Newman last night for volleyball! We are so incredibly proud of Josie and all that she has accomplished. She’s a role model both on the court and off court. She’s works hard, is a fantastic teammate, and is as competitive as they come. I have no doubt that she will find success on the court, in the classroom, and in her life after school. Carson Newman is getting one of the best! We love you Joz — now let’s play some tennis 🎾 🤩

Incredible! Way to go, Reese 🏆 good luck at state!!

Reese Russell wins 6-2, 6-0 against William Blount to advance to the state tournament next Thursday in Murfreesboro. We are trying to determine if Anderson County has ever had a tennis player compete in the state championships. Congrats Reese and his coaches.
