I lead classes for veterans and their families. I have on line classes, I have a class on Tuesdays at ClearPath at Devens…. And starting 3/13 I will be adding a class in Westborough at the parks and rec building (2nd floor) at 10….. there is no cost to the veterans. Please message me for more information….. gentle movements. Can be taken seated…..
