A coach can draw up plays, set expectations, and push kids to be their best—but at the end of the day, the work has to come from them. They have to make a choice.
What I’ve seen from this group is encouraging. They’re showing up, working in the weight room, competing on the field, and choosing to do the hard things when nobody is making them.
Strength isn’t built with one workout. Toughness isn’t built in one practice. It’s built rep by rep, sprint by sprint, and day by day. The kids who keep showing up are the ones who give themselves a chance to be successful.
Proud of the effort this group is putting in. We’ve got a lot of work left to do, but these young men are laying a solid foundation. Keep showing up. Keep competing. Keep getting better.
