There will be no class tomorrow, Tuesday, August 30th. I have had to go out of town. Hopefully, we can get back to normal next week.

There will be no yoga tomorrow, Tuesday, August 23rd. Leesville will be having their Meet the Teacher night.

I have caught a stomach bug and will not be able to lead class tonight. Sorry for any inconvenience. Keep an eye on future class updates, we may be switching to Tuesdays.

There's a chance for more snow still today, so, there will be no yoga class tonight, March 10th. Stay safe and warm everyone.

Unfortunately, there will be no yoga class tonight, June 17, 2021. My allergies have been kicking my sinus and I'm struggling to have a voice. Hopefully, things clear up by next week and we will have our regular class then. Sorry for any inconvenience.

There will be no yoga this Thursday, March 4th as I will be at my son's Parent Teacher conference as well as conferences being held at the school. We will see you next week.
