OPEN TUESDAY MAY 26TH @ 5:00 A.M.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone.
Please bring your own sweat towel and shower towel. We will not be providing towels during the pandemic.
Please wipe down ALL equipment with spray or wipes before and after using equipment.
Please wash hands and use sanitizer. Sanitizer is located by front door and in Cardio Room.
Please maintain at least 6 feet between you and other people.
We recommend using face masks.
One machine should be empty between guests.
Water fountain will not be operable through the pandemic.
PLEASE reframe coming into gym if you have a cough, fever or other symptoms of illness.
STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY!!!

After 29 1/2 years in business, Tuesday March 24, 2020 will be the first day the 7th Street Health &
Fitness will not be open to its members. I’m proud to have been open to the public every day since August 20. 1990
We will attempt to open April 7,2020
We take these measures to protect the health and safety of our clients.
All memberships will be frozen beginning March 24, 2020.
