Nothing quite like running 8x hill repeats.

So yesterday was my 38th birthday.

I decided to take a day for myself since I rarely give myself that grace.

I played some video games, went for a 13 mile run and watched Ghost in the Shell for the 100th time.

This is what helps me relax and unwind. I know some may wonder how 13 miles running is relaxing, but it’s just me, my music, the trail and nature. All of that is incredibly relaxing.
