Training for extreme races like the Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, Muddy Watters Bump and Run, and Swampfoot 4 Mile. If you like P90X or crossfit, then you will love Slaughter Boot Camp classes. Burns fat and conditions muscles. High intensity cardio exercises mixed with functional strength exercises. The Slaughter is a brutal boot camp experience. You will sprint up hills, carry sandbags and cinder blocks, tires, and perform all sorts of bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, burpees, and body builders.
