As we roll into 10U, we’re excited to continue building a strong foundation for our girls both on and off the field. One of the biggest parts of that growth is making sure our athletes have the coaching, support, and knowledge they need to succeed at the next level.

Please help us welcome Stephanie Gilman to the Clutch coaching staff as our official pitching coach!✨

Stephanie is not only a lifelong softball player with experience in travel ball, showcase softball, high school, and collegiate play, she’s also one of our Clutch moms who has been part of our organization for the past two seasons. We’re excited to officially add her knowledge and passion for the game to our coaching staff.

She trained under respected pitching coach Rich Balswick and now coaches youth athletes in our area in pitching and throwing mechanics, focusing on strong fundamentals, consistency, and confidence.

Stephanie has a true passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field, and we are so excited for the impact she will have on our girls and our organization as we enter our 10U season.

What a way to close out our 8u season! ✨

We ended our season bringing home 1st place against a tough team. We’ve battled them multiple times this season and came up short before, so seeing these girls stay focused, play with confidence, and finish the job meant so much more!
Their fight, resilience, and love for each other showed all weekend long. Couldn’t think of a better way for these Clutch girls to end their 8u season. Great job girls and coaches!!! 👏🏼👏🏼
