Join us in celebrating Judith.
With so much gratitude, we honor Judith as she steps away from her role as Clifton Studio Manager and begins the next chapter of her personal and professional journey, including pursuing her Master’s in Public Health.
Judith’s Powerflow story began shortly after the Clifton studio opened in 2014, when she took her very first hot yoga class and immediately fell in love with the practice and the community. Since then, she has become such an important part of PFY — completing her 200-hour teacher training in 2015, teaching across multiple studios, managing Wayne, Bloomfield, and Clifton, supporting outreach programs, helping with events, assisting in trainings, and helping us stay connected through livestream during the pandemic.
Beyond her leadership, Judith’s dedication to learning and teaching has continued to inspire us. Through Yoga Medicine, she has completed more than 360 hours of advanced study in anatomy, physiology, myofascial release, nervous system regulation, restorative yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and therapeutic yoga.
Her calm leadership, deep knowledge, steady presence, and genuine care have touched so many students, teachers, and team members over the years.
While we will miss her in the Clifton Studio Manager role, we are so grateful this is not goodbye. Judith will continue to be part of the Powerflow family as a teacher, lead trainer in our Montclair State University teacher training program, and part of our upcoming 300-hour teacher training beginning this September.
Thank you, Judith, for all you’ve given to Powerflow Yoga. We are so lucky to have you in our community. Not goodbye — see you on the mat.
