Clifton Martial Arts Martial Arts School Health Kicks teaches mixed martials to children 5 years old through adults.

Classes are held in the Bosque County Conservatory of Fine Arts building in Clifton, Texas. Children's Beginners (5-11) - 4:40 to 5:10

Adult and Children's Intermediate & Advanced - 5:10 to 6:00

Read below. Applies to martial arts a well. A minutes of kata(forms) or shadow boxing require no equipment and can be done almost anywhere.

Reposted from Friendly reminder… Those who only practice in the classroom, don’t have a practice.

Start small and then gradually add on to make your home practice longer.

Keep in mind, longer, or more, isn’t necessarily better.

A little bit done daily is a strong practice and will serve you well in the years to come.

On March 30, we will be meeting in the park, rain or shine). Each student will have the opportunity to break 2-3 boards. Parents are welcome to stay, watch, and photograph.
