I never post about myself , today I felt compelled to , after 1 major neck surgery and 2 others shortly after over the last few years i’m have finally be able to workout consistently, its been a challenge , but today I looked in the mirror and I felt like i saw a glimpse of my past , so much more work to do I thank I God for giving me the strength mentally and physically take me this journey again 🙏🏽 . Most of us are over 50 take control of your Health its so very important.
