This all-ages class is designed to bring families together through movement, mindfulness, music, stories, and play. It’s completely free to attend, with optional donations going directly to supporting children in the foster care system.

Kids in CLE Yoga is grounded in inclusivity and in honoring the roots of the practice. Yes, we play, we laugh, and we get a little silly—but the core of yoga is always honored 🩷

Yoga is cancelled for Sunday- I hope everyone is staying safe and warm 🧣

Just wanted to pop in and say yoga is and will always be a practice for EVERYONE 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏿‍♀️🧘🏻🧘🏼, we are all connected and I can’t wait to breathe, stretch and dance with you soon 🩷
