Important Garmin Warranty/Non Warranty Policy Update 🐕

Garmin has announced: Effective June 30, 2026, they will no longer allow dealers to handle non-warranty repairs or exchanges on dog products (collars & trackers). Garmin would like all non-warranty service after that date to go directly to them at 800-800-1020.

What this means:

• Warranty - (1year) - and out-of-box issues → we can still handle these for you after warranty confirmed with serial number.

• For Non-warranty repairs → Garmin Requests Customers Contact Garmin Directly at 800-800-1020

This Garmin policy change, will limit some of our customer service options - I am so sorry for the change and working on a solution!

We know there’s been a lot of conversation on social media about whether the Winter Classic would move forward following the historic snowstorm that impacted the South just weeks ago. After careful discussion with the Civic Center Director, Rodney Holley, we are moving forward with the 2026 Winter Classic as planned.

We remain mindful of the communities still recovering and truly appreciate the understanding and support shown by our exhibitors, vendors, judges, and attendees. This event is about community, resilience, and coming together - and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make it possible. 💙

Lonestar 5000 reminded me why I love this community so much ❤️

Huge thank you to everyone who knew what was going on and who reached out, stepped in, and showed genuine support when it mattered — and definitely went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.

Everything was taken care of, and it meant more than you know to see how this community truly looks out for one another. Grateful beyond words for the continued support of Klight ❤️
