FEEL GOOD FRIDAY: It’s a beautiful day and it’s the start of the weekend! Spend some time outside, in the sun, going through movement you enjoy ✨

It’s not always about that muscle fatigue, nor should it be. Our muscles need rest to get stronger, but they also need movement. So even if today is your “off” day, try to move through stretches or take a nice stroll through the park

YONAH MTN STOP #2 : Second day up the trail, let’s keep pushing ✨
Movements in this stop focus on the arms, specifically the triceps, allowing some rest for the lower body.

—Exercise #1—
** Focus: Use the obliques, especially on the bottom side, to keep the torso alignment

—Exercise #2—
** Focus: Hands and elbows bend shoulder distance apart and parallel to target the tricep

Reminder: The stretches at the end of each video will target the muscles that were worked in the previous exercises! Benefit your body🔥

Don’t have time to hike an entire mountain?? Adding some cardio (run, walk, jump rope) before or after this workout will get you that burn at home!

Repeat 2-3 times, or split the sessions up between work breaks to get your b***y out of that desk chair!

** Focus: Range of motion is different for everyone. If you can’t control the core, make your movements smaller and more precise!

Here is a quick 5 min workout to get your b***y and abs working this morning ~ We promise it’ll make you feel stronger throughout the day

Woodchop to Standing Knee Tucks • 1min each, 1min rest between sides

** Focus on the powerhouse abs to stabilize the torso, rotate the spine, and lift the knee up!

Side Lying Series • Glutes + Obliques

Leg Lifts, Adduction Lifts, Scissors, and Bananas • x20 each exercise and don’t forget the other side!

** Focus on keeping the pelvis stable aka fire up those obliques and lower abs!
