We are excited to announce our open dates for SUP Yoga classes with Erin at Shady Grove in Cu***ng on Lake Lanier. We have 3 classes in September available.

September 3rd @6:15pm
September 12th @6:15pm
September 26th @6:15pm

We’re back at Shady Grove on Lake Lanier for another sunset paddle with Forsyth County Parks and Recreation! This event is September 5th with the same food and fun, but also Forsyth county has a limited amount of kayaks available if you do not have a boat but want to join (message us for this option). This area is beautiful with amazing expansive views and a sandy beach. Look forward to seeing you there!
