Billy Reynolds was inducted into the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame in 1980 for football.

A former Cleveland Browns player and standout at the University of Pittsburgh, Billy Reynolds went on to make an even greater impact on Cleveland sports as an official and community leader.

For more than 20 years, he officiated high school football and basketball, including state championship contests in both sports.

As president of the Cleveland Touchdown Club, Reynolds helped revive the organization and restore it as an important part of the local sports community.

He also supported the Cleveland Browns Muni Football, P*e Wee and Bantamweight leagues, helping create opportunities for young athletes.
