Congrats on a 2 Axis Doe Harvest is morning. Started off this morning in 29 degrees @ Blood Trail Outfitters. Client decided he wanted to do a little spot and stalk this morning. 1st doe down at 7:15 then the fun began after stalking for what seemed like weeks we finally walked across the 200 acres twice to come back where we had started this adventure. As we walked up on a group of wild hogs we found ourselves smack dab in the middle of a stare down with about a 240 # Trophy Hog. After several attempts of him charging us we stood our ground and he moved on. Then as we walked about another 850 yards and there she stood a beautiful axis doe by herself. After No hesitation our guide Colby Mckenna told the client to shoot and then we harvested the 2nd doe of the morning. We had an awesome Ram Hunt Tonight at Blood Trail Outfitters. I would like to say Thanks to Chris Wilkins for coming out. It took us a minute to get on this nice boy after walking for about 35 minutes. After stalking and glassing this nice Ram Chris decided to harvest this 27 3/4” bad boy with his Re*****on 30-08.
