Here to answer some FAQs regarding our new recovery studio!

- Red light therapy is now available!
- Red light sessions can currently only be booked in person at the front desk. You can also call ahead to ensure your desired time slot is open.
- Contrast therapy can be booked on the app or in person.
- Red light time slots are every 30 minutes (beginning at 6am on weekdays or 8 am on weekends) and ending one hour before the gym closes.
- Contrast therapy sessions (cold plunge and sauna) do not include red light therapy.

CONTRAST THERAPY IS LIVE!

Each session is 90 minutes long and introductory pricing is $40 per session. Package offerings will be coming soon.

The men’s contrast suite will facilitate a maximum of six people. The women’s suite has a cap of four. We will be booking at half capacity every 45 minutes, to avoid crowds.

To book a session you can reserve a spot on the TAC website or on the TAC app. On the app, the sessions are under classes. On the website, you can find it under the “recovery” menu.

The recovery suite is MEMBERS ONLY…so join us, if you’re ready for real change.

Now…. No more saying I’ll stretch when I get home. Get to recovering! 😉
