Cleveland Heights Tigers Youth Football Organization The Tigers are the official feeder program for the Cleveland Heights/University Heights school district.

The Cleveland Heights Tigers are the official feeder program to both the Cleveland Heights High School Varsity Football and Cheer program. The youth football program was founded by Coach Jeff Rotsky, head Varsity football coach at Heights High, and the youth cheer program was founded by Coach Nellie Basit, head Varsity cheer coach at Heights. Children who participate in both programs will be exposed to the techniques and philosophies established at the High School Varsity level.

Volunteer position for a non-profit, community-based youth football program. Practices begin July, with games starting mid-August through the end of October. Advancement to middle school and high school staff is available for interested coaches. We are the official feeder program for the CH-UH school district. We have an immediate head coaching position open for our 7u tackle football in Cleveland Heights. Assistant coaches also needed for all ages groups. Practices begin in July, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 6pm-8pm and Saturdays from 11am-1pm.

The Heights Tigers is the official feeder program for the Varsity program at Cleveland Heights high school. Coaches will have the ability to move up to middle school and high school. Teams participate in the Northcoast Youth Football Conference and will play nationally in AYF (American Youth Football) Conference.

Teams will play a 7 game schedule. All home games will be played at the high school’s turf field. Games are played primarily on Sundays and the regular season goes from mid August until playoffs in late October.

The emphasis in this program will be teaching fundamental football and preparing our youth athletes to be competitive students in middle school and beyond. We coach and play to win but not at the expense of developing children to be productive student athletes.
