🔥 PROJECT MAYHEM STARTS TODAY 🔥
We’re shaking things up.
Starting this week, we’re moving away from traditional strength cycles and embracing a more classic CrossFit approach to strength and gymnastics training.
What does that mean?
✅ More variety week to week
✅ Strength that flows with the workout
✅ More exposure to different lifts and rep schemes
✅ Better class flow and athlete experience
✅ Continued focus on getting stronger
Don’t worry, we’re still squatting, deadlifting, and pressing. We’re just doing it in a way that feels more dynamic, more engaging, and more in line with the roots of CrossFit.
We’ll kick things off with benchmark 3 Rep Back Squats and 3 Rep Deadlifts before diving into this new phase of training.
On the gymnastics side, we’ll be building stronger foundations through strict pull ups, dips, core strength, body control, and skill development that benefits athletes of every level.
We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait for you to experience Project Mayhem.
