I know it’s been a while, but I’m looking to host a multi day training/learning event either later this year or at the beginning of next year.
Still in the planning stages right now, but I’m open to suggestions on what people would be interested in for topics, locations, length of the event, etc.
hoping to bring in some guest instructors as well.

also looking for people who would be interested in becoming first access members, which would give you early registration, a discount off of the price, and the ability to shape how the event ends up getting organized.

Who is interested? Let me know in the comments or send me a DM

Going through a method I like to use for training the front split.

Walking variations for foot and ankle health.

➡️Roll through
➡️Releve walks
➡️Heel Walks
➡️Outside edge
➡️Inside edge
➡️Toes up
➡️Bounders
➡️Caterpillars

These are great movements to challenge your feet and improve their overall function. You can do these on your daily walks or just walking in place as I show in the video. Barefoot is always better if possible.

Give it a try!

This movement is amazing for the shoulder. Doesn’t matter whether you actively practice throwing or not, it takes you through a full range of motion and feels great afterwards.

there’s a lot of benefit to performing it slowly as well, but it can also be fun to add some dynamic snaps into it when you feel ready

Windshield wipers are a fantastic exercise for rotation of the hips.

Give them a try and let me know how it goes.

Great exercise to help with lockout and balance in the freestanding handstand push-up.
start with Bent arms, do a gentle kick up to handstand, and then use that momentum to help you finish the movement and lock out at the top.

it’s a great way to build confidence and get some good repetitions in without wearing yourself out too much.
Give it a try!

I find that when students are struggling to find consistency in their free handstand holds, the kickup is often a crucial factor.
The more accurate and consistent your kickup, the easier it will be to catch the balance from it.

The best way to address this is to train the kickup in isolation. Don't try to balance, but figure out exactly how it feels to put yourself in a position where you would balance. Perform many repetitions until consistent.

Remember, your true performance ability is the performance you can repeat.
