F**k it feels good to workout again!
Life just gets in the way at times. A little bit of Covid, a really fu***ng sh*tty work situation, kids, personal training…personal struggles…it all adds up.
I probably worked out a total of 10 times in the past three months, it is not been good for my mental health.
no bu****it, it’s all entirely my fault and I wasn’t able to overcome it on my own.
Here I am after 3 days this week (2 back to back)… I feel back on track.
