Tuesday Baby Tuesday…let’s run! Join us this evening in Ohio City for a very special Tuesday Night Trot in support of Su***de Prevention Week! 💜💜

THROW ON YOUR PURPLE AND JOIN US! ALL RUNNERS, ALL PACES WELCOME! Run at your own pace…we got you!

We will meet at 6pm in the courtyard at INTRO Cleveland (2407 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44113) and take off on our run at 6:30pm. Immediately following the run we will return to the courtyard for a post-run yoga session with Tammy Lyons.

Post-run yoga will start at 7:30pm.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and this week is Su***de Prevention Week! 💜💜

Tomorrow we’re asking everyone to wear a purple shirt, or a shirt with purple in it, as our Tuesday Night Trot will be dedicated to bringing awareness to su***de prevention.

We will be donating $1 for everyone who joins us wearing a purple shirt tomorrow, to an area su***de prevention organization! Thank you Winners! 💜💜

SOOOOO EXCITED FOR THIS TUESDAY’S RUN AND HERE’S WHY…

Unfortunately, this past Friday, our good friends from Inner Bliss Yoga Studio had to cancel their 13th annual “Believe in CLE” yoga event at the Rock Hall due to the weather. Absolute bummer!!!! BUT we decided let’s get together and try and give the people something before the summer ends! 🙌🙌

We love Tammy Lyons and what Inner Bliss Yoga Studio does for the community, and on Tuesdays, we have the space, so let’s do it!!!!

Join us this Tuesday, September 8th, in the courtyard of INTRO Cleveland (2407 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44113) for a post-run yoga session led by Tammy Lyons of Inner Bliss Yoga Studio! 🧘‍♀️

Bring your yoga mats, and after our weekly Tuesday Night Trot, we will have a 45 min post-run yoga session for all who would like to participate!

We will meet at 6pm, run at 6:30pm, and yoga will start at 7:30pm sharp. 🧘‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️
