Saturday morning yoga flows start this weekend at Metropolitan Coffee! ☕

Class starts at 9:00am every Saturday in the lower level of the cutest cafe in all of Old Brooklyn, and feature thoughtfully designed sequences that aim to create an optimal mind-body connection.

I teach the first three Saturdays on June 20th, 27th and July 4th, and then Melissa Klimo-Major has you covered on July 11th, 18th and 25th!

Helping to bring events like ’s CycleNation to life are some of the best full-circle moments. But doesn’t everyone love loud music, sweaty hugs, big emotions, and a room full of people riding for something bigger than themselves?!
