This is what jiujitsu does for children, the smaller in white is 6 years old has been training for 1 year, the older(11) in black has been training for few months, notice the difference in the little guys confidence to engage his partner, fearless of age or size, as time goes the older kid will get better n will eventually catch up in technique. Don’t let your children b a number, bring them to AMMA to train n learn how to become more confident within themselves. Nothing will teach anyone to b confident as the ability to defend themselves.

We wish everyone a safe and reflective Memorial Day weekend. Please note that our gym will be closed on Saturday and Monday in observance of the holiday. We look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday, refreshed and ready to train.
