Over the next few weeks we’ll be battling some of the most loved choreos from this year until only ONE remains.

The winning choreography will be taught at my 40th Birthday Heels Class on July 18th. 👠✨

I created Wine & Vibe because sometimes grown women need a place to just be.

No titles. No responsibilities. No pressure.

Just good music, good energy, a little wine, and a chance to reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been buried under everybody else’s needs.

Last night reminded me that whether it’s one woman in the room or twenty, the mission stays the same. We showed up. We moved our bodies. We let go. We had fun.

And honestly? That’s enough for me. ✨

Here’s to creating the spaces I wish existed and showing up anyway. Every single time. 💃🏾🍷🤎
